What you will do:
Provide Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention to support adult clients with a variety of conditions and abilities in northern and western suburbs achieve their goals.
Regularly evaluate progress and outcomes, using relevant measures and writing reports when necessary.
Providing caregiver coaching and education programs.
Work as part of a team and independently.
Participate in regular supervision, meetings, and case conferences.

About you:
Be passionate for enhancing the skills and independence of clients with disability.
Have outstanding assessment and evidence-based Occupational Therapy intervention skills.
Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent with full AHPRA registration
A valid, unrestricted driver’s licence & reliable access to a registered, fully insured vehicle for community visits
You hold (or are willing to obtain) a police check, Working with Children Check (WWCC), & professional indemnity insurance
You have excellent communication skills & an ability to work collaboratively in a team.
An open-minded attitude, as well as a flexible & approachable manner
The ability to think outside the box and use initiative to solve problems and improve services.
Experience in the NDIS/disability sector will be highly regarded.
