Occupational Therapist – Paediatric Caseload, Northern Melbourne (PT or FT)

Our team of highly skilled OTs, Physiotherapists, and Speech Pathologists, work across metropolitan Melbourne with clients of all ages. This role is focused on supporting paediatric clients from our Epping clinic with local nearby community-based visits (e.g., home, school, childcare, day centre).

What you will do:


  • Provide Paediatric Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention to support children and families achieve their goals.

  • Regularly evaluate progress and outcomes, using relevant measures, and provide reports when necessary.

  • Provide parent only coaching and education programs.

  • Work as part of a team and independently.

  • Participate in regular supervision, meetings, and case conferences.

About you:


  • Be passionate for enhancing the skills and independence of children with disability.

  • Have outstanding assessment and evidence-based Occupational Therapy intervention skills.

  • Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent with full AHPRA registration

  • A valid, unrestricted driver’s licence & reliable access to a registered, fully insured vehicle for community visits

  • You hold (or are willing to obtain) a police check, Working with Children Check (WWCC), & professional indemnity insurance

  • You have excellent communication skills & an ability to work collaboratively in a team.

  • An open-minded attitude, as well as a flexible & approachable manner

  • The ability to think outside the box and use initiative to solve problems and improve services.

  • Experience in the NDIS/disability sector will be highly regarded.
